22:38 I’m with Sergio on this. If the partner ever does use it against you that’s an immediate sign to get out of it. Also I’m with Matt on the 60/40 rule - speaking from experience

I feel like a rizz for those without that natural charm is genuinely having a good time with who you’re out with and being present, not being on your phone or looking around at who else is there. Friend groups like that are so endearing.

I noticed the dynamics of this friendship, hyping up each other. Female friendship should work like this too ☹️ also lets normalize men talking about mental health issues. This episode is healthy and nutrious.

First I just want to say how much I absolutely love you guys and how open you are about everything, y’all are awesome! As for the question about men opening up to their girl, then I agree with both Sergio and Matt. Sergio is on point about why he doesn’t talk to her about certain things because he isn’t wanting to bring her down with him. First of all, I am an extremely empathetic person so if my guy is hurting, then I’m hurting also, and It’s my job to be there for him, to build him up, and to support & love him. By doing that I hope that he knows that I am there for any and everything he needs and that I would do anything in my power to help him and that I’m there no matter what to take on the world with him. On the other hand I also need for him to be able to like Sergio said, receive that information from me as well. I won’t necessarily tell him everything because I don’t want him to worry or bring him down with me or whatever the reason, but I have actually tried to end my own life before so I know what it’s like to feel that way and to be in such a low place mentally. Because of that I will do anything in my power to help someone I care about or love (especially my guy) so that they don’t feel that ending their life is ever an option. So in order not to worry about him so much so that I am literally physically ill then I need to know that even though he may not do it often but that he CAN come to me and I will listen without judgement, roasting, or laughing at him, rather I’ll just be there to listen to and help him because I love him.

Venant d'une femme mariée, 28 ans,je ne pourrais JAMAIS avoir une relation où mon mari ne s'ouvre pas ou a peur de mon jugement. I want to take care of you as much as you take care of me, but in different ways. Pour moi un homme qui est capable de s'ouvrir et parler de ses émotions démontre au contraire une force intérieur immense, it's not a turn off. Tu peux être hyper hyper masculin et virile mais at some point you need to recharge and I'm here for it. Sans ça je trouve qu'il manque de profondeur à la relation, you can never be 100 % yourself.

1. A girl will throw your insecurity/struggle back at you. A woman will be mindful of how to support you through said struggle. 2. A girl wants the attention to be on her. A woman wants to build on knowing the intimate details of each others days. 3. I’ll agree with Matt about drinks. For me it’s not uno reverse. For me is fair game. You do one round. I’ll do the next. And so on. :)

Looks definitely matter, but confidence is a big one you have to approach because a lot of the baddest girls aren't getting approached in person the few girls I've had fun with in 2022... told me they never been approached before
