Hi it will be more difficult. But maybe it is an idea that you make more videos that you are outside. Or while you are exercising. I have autism together with ADHD and I am often quite depressed. I also have medication. I often want to be alone. But still I have a number of people that I sometimes hang out with. At least every 2 months we go hiking with a tent into nature. Even if I sometimes don't feel like it. especially going outside and doing something to leave the daily problems behind you. Is good for everyone. Even though I can't have many people around me for so long. Drag yourself outside and do something that allows you to let go of problems for a while.

Thank you for sharing this. Wonderful feedback and helpful tips. Nature and hiking are such healthy outlets for mental health. It’s cool you plan and make time to step outside. *Future planning for stepping outside and being in nature noted.
