Title: These improve our brain conditions [Top 10 Anti-Addictive and Healthy Food] When our brains are reacting to the food as if it is addicted to them, we perhaps need to deal with it in the level of dealing with addiction to drugs or cigarettes. These food are healthy, and also are able to help us deal with addiction to unhealthy food. They generally contain a lot of water and fibres, and also tend not to contain much salt or fat; amount of sugar doesn't seem to matter that much. (This is according to a research done by University of Michigan) #10 Cucumbers. People might say they don't eat them, because they cool our bodies down; but it's all wrong, there are no such food to warm our bodies or cool our bodies down. That theory has no scientific proofs. It's once said that cucumbers aren't that nutritious, but it turned out recently that they contained unfound good nutrients that improves our mental conditions. They have good effects on our brains. #9 Carrots. They contain a lot of beta carotene. It improves our skin colour to healthy looking one. The pigment of carrots work on our skins; we look healthier and younger, leading to... being popular to women(if we are men). The important nutrients of carrots don't disappear by cooking them, so we don't have to eat them raw. #8 Beans. He recommends fermented products such as Nattos. Beans generally contain things that prevents us from absorbing nutrients, but fermented beans don't contain much of them; but taking too much isoflavone is not recommended, so even with Nattos, only one pack should be taken a day. So don't eat too much of them. #7 Apples.Despite the image of being sweet and a desert fruit, they are good for maintaining our brains and mental conditions. We should consume their peels as well, to digest the fibres. We shouldn't replace eating apples by drinking apple juice, as good points of taking apples would greatly reduce, because most apple juices have their fibres taken out. #6 Brown rice. It makes us feel full easier, and it doesn't lead us to being addicted to them, despite the image that their main nutrient is carbohydrate. He also suggests taking food with sugar or carbohydrate before sleeping, because it improves sleep quality. #5 Broccolis. He suggests eating them raw, as they contain Sulforaphane, which is said to be a really good nutrient, that works as an anti-aging nutrient; they flow away by water, and they disappear by cooking them, or just leaving them in a place. He also recommends slicing them or chopping them into pieces before eating, leave them there for 30 mins, and eat them; since Sulforaphane is a substance that broccolis produce when they are physically damaged. #4 Bananas. They are sweet, but they contain a lot of fibre, and also contain a lot of necessary nurtritions. #3 Salmons. Fishes like salmons and cods contain proteins and fat in good balance. He says perhaps we should consider them as our main diet for absorbing proteins. White fleshed fishes generally contain quality proteins, so we should perhaps eat them more. #2 Corns. If we don't use much salt or butter on them, they are quality healthy diet. #1 Strawberries. Even though they are sweet and delicious, they are nutritious; they prevent our brains from losing its balance. He personally thinks all kinds of berries can be included in this category. Eating 100g daily of these would have effect on us in terms of anti-aging, and supply us of fibres and quality nutrients. He also adds that when they are frozen, our absorption efficiency of nutrients improve. The logic is this- their good nutrients reside in the peels, and when frozen, the cell walls break, and it makes it easier for us to absorb nutrients from them. So we can freeze them and keep them in the freezer, and eat them when we like, if we wish to.

トップ10の食材は概ね大好きで、よく食べています 食事、食生活、食事の摂り方にはかなり気をつけて健康に生きるのを楽しんでいます。もちろん、肥満ではありませんし、30歳半ばですが肌もいつも褒められます

サーモンめっちゃいいですよね☺️ 抗酸化力あって老化によいって聞いて たくさん食べてます。 こどものIQもあがるって聞きました。 青魚だけだと思ってたので意外。 イチゴは果物の中で一番好きです🍓
