We were glad to see the ocean, but I quickly wanted to go back and explore the sand some more, at that stage the FJ had not yet get to stretch its legs.

Hi is a citrus farmer, but his nickname comes from his Initials which is O.J. The fishing was excellent but I enjoyed watching the fishermen even more than the fishing itself.

Thanks Jors👍 Made me laugh at the unbelievable coincidence of his initials and what he farms😂😮 I tried fishing at Sedgefield a few times but not a bite. Should of done so when stationed at SAS Saldana, where I soon discovered that the Atlantic was NOT an ocean to go swimming in‼️🥶

The license did allow a certain number of fish for consumption and generally the guide will indicate when a fish is injured that it will be taken for the "pot". We ate plenty of fish.

Ek sien nou n paar reel brekers daar, geen self betame hengelaar sal nou by die see opdaag met n koffie grinder nie, ek myself het now n 16" blue marlin stok gehad met n Penn 49, en jy staan nou met jou rug na die see toe en gooi die stok oor jou skouer die see in, Se maar net! LOL!

@@JorsMalan Ek het so reg langs die see groot geword en koffie grinders is dinge wat ons gesien het as die Trandvalers (wallies) nou hier kom vakansie hou. Gepraat van Transvalers, hulle het afgekom met n smart boot. Ons het nooit bote gekoop nie want die Transvalers het nou hulle bote aan ons verkoop vir petrol geld om weer terub te gaan Joburg toe LOL!
