What is the typical norm (years or mileage) to have the Freon's recharged?. My W166 2016 GLE400 M276 Bi-Turbo. During the day does not get cold with AC and full blast but at night I can feel the cold air (AC turned on) coming out of the vent. I checked live view on my scanner but concern about the Interior temperature sensor it was reading at 36.14c (97F), B10/31 Left side air vent outlet 38.64c (101F), B10/32 Right side air vent air outlet 39.09c (102F), B10/7 Rear air duct air outlet 36.93c (98F) and B11/4 coolant is at 87c (188F) on my scanner. Going to check it today with my Inferred Thermometer Gun.

Did you check pressure reading during the day ? I suggest checking pressure reading with pressure gauge if compressor suction is good, then there is a chance of a bad condenser or filter also check for the actuators sometimes stuck at hot side. But more chances are bad compressor

I checked the reading during the day. We checked the Freon on the machine. I’m leaning towards a A/C Compressor Control Solenoid Valve. On a Snap-On scanner it was pulling a code B119C-07, switches automatic A/C is Jammed. The filters (cabin and dust) are new and it was changed not even a month ago.

@@CarFaults Finally fixed. It was the A/C Compressor control solenoid valve was the culprit. All codes are now cleared.

I have Mercedes E220D, 2017 W213, I have a problem that the fan would still be running on max. speed for a 1.5 minutes after killing the engine. Knowing that the engine is Model 654. I have relaced the following parts: Fan, Turmos, Water pump, water back feed line. All original parts but the problem is still on. Also no fault found, could you please help me troubleshooting the problem? THANKS ALOT.

What happened if ML/GLE W166 fan is running as soon as the car starts when the engine is still cold, but AC seems to be cold, no problem with AC and scan with Xentry no code? Could you suggest some ideas? Thanks

Please mention model this problem is very common in benz mostly due to one of the faulty control unit Maybe fan control unit on newer models also there is one controller under dash driver side on mid models. Also go through live data and check for temperature sensors

​@@CarFaults same as problem 👆. Ac working great, great, fan speed like plane ✈ even when car was left over the night. No specific errors, just undervoltage terminal 30. All fuses are okay, no corrosion on terminal/battery cables. Model w221 s500 M273 engine. Thank you in regards

Why does my fan stay on even with car off? My engine is not hot, I do not have any check engine codes so it’s no sensors. Fuses are all good and fan still stays on with ecu unplugged so it’s not the ecu. Any suggestions?

@@muawiamrwan6952 yessir brotha! Did a full diagnostic test on my car and it lead to the fan module! Replaced the fan and she turns off and turns on normally😄

@@CarFaults it runs when I turn on the AC there’s a weird sound but idk where it’s coming from. When the car heats up it goes away. I’m thinking it’s the Ac compressor.. there’s no leak anywhere at all. The radiator and the fan was replaced 3 months ago But I can’t explain why the reservoir suck up the coolant

You can check it by removing the engine temperature senr connector after removing fan should run at full speed if runs then all ok you can change temperature setting with scan tool if not run at full then maybe bad engine fan controller
