Living here in england driven both cars i would still go for audi a3 sline or maybe an rs3 hot hatch love them if someone doesnt know about rs3 check it out its fastest hot hatch and certainly most desireable.. And believe me a3 sline top of the range windows tinted and in red hot colours looks even more stylish then cla though cla is a nice package

Here A3 is for business type people is too practical in every aspect from shape to boot on the other hand cla attracts buyers under 25 it has a nice sex appeal but it still lacks driving dynamics which Audi gains point in I m just talking about diesel merc

A3 interior is not as good as the CLA. The CLA 200 will have a better drive train with 180 horses and AWD as compared to 141 horses in the A3.

I test drove both and A3 definitely has better ride quality and more fun to drive. The sound insulation is the best in its segment. The interior plastics too are better. CLA is definitely a head turner, but the proportions are weird and it looks horizontally squeezed and slightly claustrophobic. Not to mention the ride quality will tire you out as it has tighter suspension. After the discounts they both go for the same price. However, Audi has better customer support and after sales service. A3 misses out on CarPlay but you can get optional Audi-connect which helps you track your car, it’s performance and driver performance, which is all a first in luxury segment

Great review guys.i currently have an a3 quattro 2016 and its amazing. The interior feels upscale and with the premium plus version it has the ambient interior lighting which at night looks amazing. The cla has a lot of plastic in the interior and that screen looks like it was added on in the last minute. Im six foot one and i can sit in the back without feeling trapped. I think with these cars you need to spend a bit more to get the stuff that makes the car feel upscale such as push start ignition.power passenger seat,dual climate control,ambient lighting,18 inch alloy wheels and ofcourse the navigation. The horsepower of 220 is also worth the upgrade because its so fast! Plus the car is pretty light so it moves well

Mercedes-Benz offer a written commitment they states maintenance at Rs 2 per km for diesel vehicles and Rs 1.50 per km for petrol vehicles. This being just the basic service package. However, Audi is one of the lowest in terms of after sales repairs and maintenance followed by Mercedes-Benz and then topping through list with BMW, being the highest.
