Love the Citan. The eCitan was pretty good, just didn’t have the range for a full day’s work. I worked out that the diesel would do 64 miles on £8s worth of diesel, but £8s worth of electricity over 42 minutes gave 28 miles of range on the eCitan.

Is that public charging George as with a specific ev tariff on a type 2? As we can usually get a full charge with a range like this for 7p per kWh so just over £2.80 for 40kW 😀 bargain

@@PlanetautoUK It was a GRIDSERVE motorway charger yes... Now I've got a home charger also, it becomes much more affordable!

poor range poor load capacity but it does look pretty.

Depends what you need it for, way more than a courier or delivery driver would need generally speaking, plus charging at home save a small fortune.

It is certainly an upmarket small business van. Could see it gliding around Alderney Edge, as a Florists, Bakers, antiques, etc type of business vehicle. Couldn’t see Bob the builder having one ? Nevertheless a very good looking van with a very nice cabin. Strong price I feel will preclude some markets. 👍😎
