Mercedes C-Class Broken Door Handle Replacement

Outstanding video! First thing, I bought a T30 and a trim tool set from Harbor Freight to remove the panel clip. My wife and I followed the instructions but we didn’t remove any electrical wire, so we didn’t completely remove the panel. We set the panel on top of a stool and one held the panel to not tip over. We took our time and it took about 45 minutes. My advice is definitely get that panel remover tool, it made the job so much easier. The guy in the video did a great job and saved us a lot of money because I’ll tell you the dealer would charge a lot for this.

Just replaced mine on my 2003 C30/w203. I wasn't careful when removing the speaker cover and it broke. So be really careful cause it's really fragile and thin.

Is there a chance the airbag could deploy and is it worth disconnecting the battery?

before disconnecting wires to the airbag components, always disconnect battery and wait approx 10 minutes...simple safety rule.
