I've gotten to 220km/h GPS (230 on speedo) and on another account 240 on speedo but didn't have GPS on that time. Mine is manual tho. These have a lot more to them than Mercedes claims :D

Bin auf da gleichen Strecke 34,2sec gefahren, Kombi, 210"km, auf C und ohne Kickdown dreht er die Gänge nicht unnötig aus, ist deutlich schneller so

I have the same but manual transmission 6 gears, it went 230km/h (still speeding) and comparing to the automatic gear it's much faster and nervous

How quiet it is depends on various things. First of all the tires need to be not old. Second thing is in the car has a panorama sunroof or not. The engine itself is not that loud at that Speed. But with old tires and sunroof its quite loud to be honest. Otherwise the car is really pleasant to drive at 150-160 km/h😄

I have a 220cdi limousine from 2006, manual gearbox, stock 150 hp with DPF. Mine won't get past 215-217 km/h on the dashboard (probably around 210 or less GPS). 100-200 is very good though.

How can you blend in the speed in the speedometer in the W203 series?

You have to switch to the perspective where the temperature is shown, use the up/down buttons to switch to the speedometer 👍

I still cant believe why mercedes didnt give them a bit lower final drive ratio. Look at those rpms its about the rev limit imagine if it is on 4000 rpm at 220 it would go 230 atleast

@@DignitasCars Power steering wouldn’t work until you moved off to 10kmh but below that the steering was so tough it wouldn’t have passed inspection I’ve had 2 mechanics and an auto electrician look at it and none can figure it out so I’m going to replace it with a Peugeot 307 1.6 HDi 90bhp in Diablo Red fingers crossed lol

Hallo - interessant zu sehen. Ich habe mir vor einer Woche einen erst 63Tkm gelaufenen C220 CDI automatic W(S)204 mit 170HP gekauft. Da er noch auf Winterreifen steht ist er limitiert auf 210kph. Diese Geschwindigkeit erreicht er aber mit solch einer Gelassenheit und Vehemenz, dass ich gespannt bin wie hoch die vmax sein wird, wenn er endlich auf Sommerreifen stehen wird. In drei Wochen habe ich noch einen Termin bei mcchip-dkr um die Agr zu deaktivieren und die Software analog der Leistung vom 250er vor dem Diesel-Update aufzuspielen.

What do you recommend I think it’s a great car I am very happy it’s in really nice shape it looks like 150kms because all was made in Highways what so you recommend to be careful,what tips do you give me to improve it what tricks do you know about that car? Of course I rember you. 😃 If the 4000€ where a good deal depends on the condition of the car (which seems to be very good, according to your description) and all the extras, the car got. For example if your Mercedes has the AMG-Package it's worth alot more. In Germany Mercedes with automatic transmission are also more exepensive then the ones with manual transmission. The CLC drives beatifully. I like it more with the standard suspension. The CLC which I tested here has the AMG-suspension, which is too hard on bad roards in my opinion. My advice to you, take the engine cover of from time to time and have a look at the injectors. If there is some shiny black stuff around them, they need to be removed, cleaned and resealed. I would recommend you to drive at least 30 km at once, once a week, so that the particle filter has a chance to complete the regeneration, because this takes quite long. You can also add a extra switch to the rear window heating. When the car regenerates the rear window heating is turned on. Since your car has already done more than 300k kms I would recommend you to use 2 stroke oil. It prevents damage to the high pressure fuel pump, as well as keeping the injectors (and I think also the glow plugs) and the particle filter clean. Since you have a particle filter you cannot use every 2 stroke oil, because it might damage it. I would recommend the Meguin 9025 Megol TC, add it in a 1:200-1:250 ratio. So 1 liter Meguin 9025 Megol if in your diesel tank is 200 liters of diesel. I think thats all you can do to make your car last as long as possible 😉

@@DignitasCars thank you dignitas for your time,it have leather seats automatic xenon and wipers,metallic paint and Comfort package and Bluetooth just for calls no music,I don’t know how to look all the extras haha I will put 18’ amg Wheels and the interior is like new not even a crease on the leather seats,I will tell my mecanic to have care of the injectors and I don’t now if here in Spain It have DPF if you say it have you know more than me haha,last thing I don’t understand very well the 2 stroke oil inside the fuel tank? I don’t know much of mecanics but thank you a lot for all

If your car is Euro 4 than it has a DPF, if it's Euro 3 it is without DPF. You can also enter your VIN number in a Mercedes VIN Decoder (e.g. lastvin.com) there it's also listed if it has one. About the 2 stroke oil there is a big discussion about it on the internet. Google will give you all the information you need😃
