Love this install. Installing the KC on my CL55 this weekend. Debating on doing this option but likely putting it under the A/C intake ducting. Nice work though.

I commend you for doing this but you don’t have a big enough tank to store that cold coolant while your wide open throttle. The KC shuts off at wide open throttle and all your left with is whats in the hoses and that small tank to last you a 1/4 mile. Your IAT’s although starting off low will quickly skyrocket when your fully on the throttle. Either way i still think what you did is better then stock for sure while cruising and some mild brisk runs for a couple if seconds. Longer runs it wont be enough cold coolant stored to last you the run. The set up you have will hardly effect aircon cooling since you’ve eliminated heat exchangers and the kc has to work very little to cool the small amount of coolant you have. With heat exchangers it would take a bit longer for the aircon to work properly.

Hi, does it have any effect on aircon output? does aircon still cools interior fine?

I reckon the air con output in the car is down a bit, but you'd never know. I'll test it with a thermometer one day just so I know the exact figures.

Dode the system avoid the water cooling system ?

Yes, it's a split cooling system

WARNING: I have removed this equipment as my AC has NOT worked correctly since and never will. We tried to get advice from the supplier, but totally ignored me. I discovered that there is NO cold air at idle, like when stuck in traffic, when you need it most. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Total waste of money, time and effort.
