Wait.. a pre facelift w202 in the States? Are you in the states? What is this engine?! It looks like my 1.8L, though you have some stuff different, like in between a facelift and pre one. I dont get it! :D EDIT: I saw on one of your videos the Quebec license plate. It all makes sense now. You are from The European States! Jk. :) I read somewhere that the Canada 202s have an automatic headline ON features. Would be nice if I had here in Europe...

It's a 2.2, and yes our headlights stay on all the time, per Canadian regulations.

Isn't that new controller quite exposed to moisture? It doesn't look like it's made to be water resistant.

The controller is UL-94 potted, so yes, it is water resistant

On European cars it's brown that is reliably used for ground just as black is in N.America.

Yeah this is true, it's just weird that of all the colors they could choose for the fan wire, they went for black and pink and didn't make it - and + respectively.
