Well done Mario! I can see that you use PCBite board holders which are made in my country Sweden. Really love these and had them for years and can not live without them. I also have the base plate with needle probes - excellent!

Hello Mario, is one of the symptoms of a bad key fob is that the engine won't turnover? I've thrown new battery, alternator and spark plugs at it.

Mario, I have a question. When a professional repairperson is programming a new key fab, is it possible for them to enable or disable (not turn on) either RF or Infrared functionality? I've been told that during the programming process, a technician can enable or disable both RF and Infrared functionality. Thanks for your expertise and response.

That would just disable the key. So if you lose your keys and want to program a new one but want to disable the lost key, yes that can be done

My fob sometimes works, and sometimes dash says it does not detect a key. In that scenario, I press some keys and the dash at some point will detect the key. I have keyless go. You think that coil is going on mine?

Hey mario. With the autel im do you still need to have a locksmith license? or does the chinese software circumvent a lot of that stuff. We have a mobile locksmith that does all of this for us, but he's usually a day or two out to get to us. It would be nice to do it in house as long as I can make it make sense monetarily. I don't get enough key jobs to warrant paying the license fee, but the scan tool that can handle most of the everyday stuff paired with my other tools then that makes more sense

@@rachellealexander402 i called the locksmith that made my key fob and he told me it could be anything, like bad electronics inside, it was drop and damage or water damage. N he said chances it can't be fix and needs a new one.
