atleast my om606 drinks about 7 liters while cruising when flooring prolly 17l

where does the smoke came from ?

The Turbo is not stock. So if its new the covering oil will burn. And the Crankcase vent is open which could be the reason for bad idle and "smoke". Its an old Diesel it will smoke.
