I have been working on my side door for ages, try to keep it on the van as long as you can, I took my off the van did some welding and everything was out,

Hi that’s the plan to try and get as much tacked in place before removing the door, it’s so annoying they don’t make the inner panel for the U.K. RHD as the one they sell are for the LHD models so everything is opposite, but I can cut it about and use bits, once I have the bottom runner bolted where it should be it should be relatively easy from there onwards. I’m not looking for perfection just to get the van looking tidy, thanks for watching 🙂👍

@@menditman2004 Man It's a real pain, I had the exact same problems with the replacement inner panel. I think I ended up just fabricating the section from some steel I had lying about.. Anyway's. it's great seeing people keeping these old girls on the road, they're becoming rare beasts here in Scotland
