Thanks for producing this great music for us. Wish I had known about y'all when I was younger.

These guys are awesome and definitely worth a deep dive. They have been killing it since the 80's and still sound great - actually better than ever.

Stryper played at my high school at lunch time back in 1984. One of our student councilors unplugged their equipment because they were too loud, and told them to pack up and leave.

Love this band. They were always know as a christian metal band But they described themselves as Christians in a band. they always have a great message and totally uplifting. Thanks for reacting to this. It's awesome!

I saw them a a few times at the country club in Reseda California in the 80s. A good band that never really caught on, more than likely because they’re a Christian metal band. To me it doesn’t make any difference good music is good music. But back in the 80s metalheads looked down on metal bands like this. This is more current music from Stryper. Back in the 80s metalhead’s like myself who are into Slayer, Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Sepultura, Sacred Reich, Testament and other hard core bands never gave bands like this a chance. The best thing about getting old is you appreciate a lot more music than you did when you were younger. Fun reaction as always 👏👏👏👏🤙🤙🤙🤙🤘🤘🤘🤘

Loved the detailed reaction, always nice to see more people exposed to Stryper, they are a fantastic band with a great message. In future if you do Stryper again I would recommend the song "Honestly" because it's a great ballad and their biggest ever hit.

Since the 80’s that I listen to Stryper. They have made their long path and they are well respected among their hard-rock and metal peers. Michael Sweet has also kept most of his good vocal range. People forget that rock’n’roll has strong gospel and spiritual roots. From Rosetta Tharpe, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, U2, Ben Harper, Alice Cooper, WASP to Megadeth, all have reflected clearly Christian message in their songs. Although Stryper are clearly Christian in their claim, they made their career out of the US Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) industry. Playing in the temple as we they portrayed in the video is more symbolical. Although in the US and South America they play also in church auditoriums belonging to Protestant and Evangelical churches. But they mostly play in festivals, arenas, pavilions, bars, casinos and cruise ships. I respect a lot their perseverance. They managed to deal with Christian and music industry critics and they followed in what they believed in. Only now I realized that you are Romanian and Polish, sorry if I misunderstood. Visited both countries! Cheers from Portugal! Rock on!

Back in the late 80s and early 90s I had at least 5 of their albums and them along with other 'Christian' hard rock bands like Barnabas, Bloodgood etc. saw regular play time from me alongside all the non- Christian stuff I listened to. I always thought of them as hard rock rather than metal, but certainly some of those elements are there! Regardless, they've always had a great message and are great musicians that anyone with an open mind can appreciate! I tend to strongly agree with your views on the proper use of a church! Have a great weekend!

Got to see these Guys, they did pretty good in the Industry, just didnt get Big Time. They will deifintely Rock your butts off! They actually Threw Bibles out to the Crowd during their shows. They were aroun during a time when alot of people were saying that Metal was satanic, and they wanted to change that attitude. Petra was another 80`s Christian Rock band.

Their new stuff is awesome, but I still love their older stuff, especially Solders Under Command. You have to listen to that one too By the way, the Golden Rule comes from scripture and not man. All the good things man thinks of is of God and not of themselves. The image of God is Love others as you love yourself, or would want to be loved.

They're not a Christian metal band, they're a metal band comprised of Christians according to Michael Sweet.

Saw them a few years ago live after being a 40 year fan and they were AWESOME! To Hell With The Devil is still my favorite, but the last four disks have been worth the money. Just too Christian for most metal heads/rockers. You can sing about anything except Jesus for too many...

Like pretty much every metal band, if you want to hear their best music, you have to go way back to their first few albums. This song doesn't come anywhere near earlier material such as The Way, More Than A Man, In God We Trust or, my personal favourite, Soldiers Under Command.

Love these guys. Your lyrics on the screen are horribly inaccurate. They completely change what the song is actually saying.
