You could Dream Nail the Hunter before he put his arm down. He was hoping you'd try to hunt him. Most bosses on Ascended have more HP. There are 3-4 exceptions I believe. This is a bit of a spoiler, but Godseekers aren't gods. They simply seek gods and ascend them to prime strength. Is it just me, or Ascended Brooding Mawlek's arena makes him easier? You thought the same thing so yeah... About False Knight and Failed Champion. After 3rd stagger, he will never get up again, and you are free to dream nail him over and over again to get more soul, heal, and fully refill your soul. This will be big help in pantheons. Try Dream Nailing Hornet and Grimm in Godhome. It's... Interesting. Massive Moss Charger is such a meme. Quick Slash + Heavy Blow + Grubberfly's Elegy = super easy radiant. His Ascended health buff is ridiculously huge btw, his hp is more than doubled. Ascended Oblobbles are so tough... Still too easy when compared to Oblobbles with charm binding. Ascended Hive Knight starts immidiately in phase 3. That's the difference. Eternal Ordeal is more than it seems. Every Zote you fight represents a precept. Every time you slay a Zote, you learn one of his precepts by heart. Learn all of them by heart to claim your reward. The reward may not be apparent right away, but when you will see it, you will know that this is indeed the reward. Fun fact: If you don't defeat Grey Prince Zote, the pantheon he's in will be unlocked anyway and he will be skipped. This is because, you know, Zote can be left to die in Greenpath. If you leave him to die, in fact, all evidence of him existing is removed from Godhome: pantheon lock doesn't have Zote, his empty pedestal is gone, and his spot is absent from the tablet at the entrance to Hall of Gods. Afterall, he only came to be because of Bretta's imagination, so if Bretta never met Zote, Grey Prince never existed. You doing Ascended Hall of Gods in general was unexpected, but it's such a good idea. Pantheons will be much easier. Bosses that are located at the end of a pantheon appear in Hall of Gods when you simply encounter them, slaying them is unnessesary. There is a lore explanation for this I won't spoil. Have fun in Godhome.

With the Nailmaster's glory, there is not much of a use for quick slash since you focus on nail arts. Clicked as soon as I saw the notification! Finally, I have something to do other than trying to stay awake while singing. - Attuned difficulty is exactly how you faced the boss in their vanilla encounter. Ascended, of course, doubles the damage, and for some bosses it also changes the arena. The boss also has more health on Ascended. Radiant is exactly like Ascended, except you die in one hit :') - You get rewards for defeating every boss on all three difficulties. The first is for defeating them all on Attuned, the second is for Ascended, etc. - One extremely helpful thing to note is that you can Dream Nail the False Knight/Failed Champion's armor after you defeat him. This can help immensely in some of the Pantheons.

Some good charms to use in Godhome are sharp shadow, quick slash, and unbreakable strength. The unbreakable heart charm is also pretty good, but your charm setup is great too! I just thought that Unbreakable Strength might be a good addition to it!

There are charms that are good in Godhome which are Strength, Shaman Stone, Quick Slash, Nail Master's Glory and Mark of Pride. But there is no best charm combo or best charm because everyone's play style is different and a different charm is better suited for them in comparison to other people. I for one think Sharp Shadow is hot garbage but I can see why someone else would think otherwise. In the case of my play style Shaman Stone is the best charm, but I can see why someone would like to use it.

Huh, I was watching delightfully how you were struggling against brothers Oro and Mato. For a second, I thought you had a chance to beat them. Since you've encountered them, they are unlocked in the Hall of Hods. There were 2 Nosks and Mantis Lords because they have an extra versions you haven't met in the pantheons yet. In the Hall of Gods there are 2 locked doors: to unlock the lower one, you need to beat all bosses in the hall in any difficulty. To unlock the higher one, you need to meet the final boss in the Pantheon of Hallownest. Good luck! And by the way, if you wanna try radiant challenges, you are permitted to overcharm. Since you'll die in one shoot anyway, it would be okay. But set the one with the most notches at the end, because overcharming lets you to set only one more charm. It's clever to set the most taking one, isn't it?

Unbreakable Strength adds 50% nail damage, so it's objectively better than Quick Slash (which gives +50% speed for the same number of notches). Just a tip, as most harder bosses give you few openings, trivializing Quick Slash now that they aren't always vulnerable. Thusly, there's never a reason to use Quick Slash unless you're already using Unbreakable Strength.

Higher Beings, these words are for you alone: 1. The purpose of the individual boss fights in Godhome are mostly to train yourself for the each of the Pantheon fights. While defeating every one of them on Radiant is a great challenge, the true difficulty lies in completing each of the Pantheons. 2. Other than the extra challenge, there is no use in doing Pantheons with bindings unless you do all 4. In the last pantheon, the Pantheon of Hallownest, you will get blue lifeblood cocoons at each checkpoint after completing 8 bindings in total, and for every pantheon completed with all bindings you will get an extra lifeblood mask out of them. 3. The blank spots in the boss list? Those are the new boss fights only found in the Godhome, like Oro and Mato. Every Pantheon has one or more new bosses, which you will be able to start training for as soon as you encounter them. Check back to find Oro & Mato in the individual boss area! 4. The reason that the Mantis Lords and Nosk have 2 badges is that there are different versions of them, again found only in Godhome. 5. For boss fights like Oro & Mato it would now be useful to learn how to consistently parry attacks! A well-timed slash can save you from damage where it would otherwise have been difficult to avoid. Also, I am glad that you saw my comment about the Zote secret, he really is the ultimate god!

Little tip: Overcharm on radiant. The best charm to overcharm with is Soul eater. Edit: also for Collector on ascended you can equip unbreakable strenght to one-hit all enemies he spawns or Shaman stone to one-hit with a single shade soul. For Uumuu you can hit oomas directly into him. For false knight/Failed Champion you can dream nail armour at any time, even after the battle. This could be useful for pantheons.

A quick word of advice on the Mantis Lords: You can pogo jump on them when they dash toward you from one part of the arena to the next. I didn't watch the video all the way, he did exactly just that at 35:36. But Merg, you can bounce off of the whirlwind attack if you can't evade it on time.

This was a cool episode! You did good in the Godhome! More tips! 1.) Since Godhome is basically a boss rush DLC I HIGHLY recommend Unbreakable Strength because it really does increase your damage output significantly 2.) If you do plan on Radianting more bosses, charms that involve health are gonna be useless (except for the Spore Shroom and Bauldur Shell x Thorns of Agony combo) and overcharming is your best bet since you die in one hit anyway 3.) Some of the empty podiums and secondary forms in the Hall of Gods are unlockable bosses that can only be found in the Pantheons (like Oro and Mato as you saw) 4.) That door next to the Hall of Gods can only be unlocked if you beat any of the Pantheons with a certain number of bindings (thankfully you don’t have to do all four at once) Good luck!
