_Back at it again with the tips and facts!_ I've watched quite a few let's plays of this game, but this one is undoubtedly my favorite. *- I put this one first because it will become inaccessible eventually: There is a secret room in Grimm's tent, somewhere above the corridor that leads to him. It isn't very important but it is interesting to see.* - The left path in the Lifeblood area would have led to an Arcane Egg, which is now permanently unobtainable. Thankfully that's not too important, since you have enough relics to easily make up for it, although you do miss a bit of dialogue from Lemm because of it. I missed it on my first playthrough as well. - As for the grave of the Traitor's daughter: Remember the flower... - Alubas are drawn to the resting places of beings of great power; this is never mentioned in the game, as far as I know, but my Wanderer's Journal arrived today and I just read the entire thing in one sitting :') - Marmu is based on the puss moth caterpillar! Quite an...interesting-looking creature. She was created and voiced by Zara Pellen, the mother of one of the developers. The White Lady was also voiced by her, which I think is quite fitting. - You may have noticed that once you found the broken eggshell, the stag's name changed from "The Last Stag" to "Old Stag". That's nice. - The White Lady has a lot of dialogue, much of which can only be seen under certain circumstances. Try talking to her again while wearing Defender's Crest, after you find the other fragment, or with Grimmchild by your side. - You should have Dream Nailed the Collector! The dialogue is...interesting. And it reveals that this creature may not have been as evil as you perceive it to be. "My love! My love! Protected at last!" "It must be saved!" "A safe place for you! And you! And you!" Doesn't change the fact that it's disturbing as hell, though. - A very interesting detail about the Collector is that if you die to that boss, your Shade will be imprisoned in a jar just like the other creatures. Again, disturbing, but also very cool. There's also a secret room in the Tower of Love, above the place where you rescued those three Grubs.

Rip. You missed Arcane Egg in the lifeblood area. Now you will never have all of them. Look in the background when you get Lifeblood Core. You will see a 6-eyed creature staring at you and blinking. You only see him twice in the whole game, and it's always in rooms associated with lifeblood. Yes there will be more to the guy who gave you Shade Cloak. Ok. That Charm Notch reaction made me laugh. You already forgot that the end goal of delicate flower quest is the grave in gardens? 27:00 GG. You easily found the one grub I always have trouble finding on my playthroughs, even with Collector's Map. Merg: Goes for Lurien super early Also Merg: Does Failed Champion before being very close to doing everything else Also Merg: *Almost dies to Marmu* 37:47 Look carefully in left lower corner. The Last Stag changed his name to Old Stag. Surprised you didn't figure this out considering how much stuff you already know that hinted at that fact, so I feel no shame in pointing this out... White Lady is the Queen of Hallownest. Didn't even THINK of dream nailing the collector when he was just standing there, -13/10 Yep. Thank god you remembered the 4th throne. I am actually very impressed you found 44 grubs before getting the grub map pin. That is worth praising.

I love this episode Mostly because the Queen’s Gardens and the White Lady herself is one of my favourite things in the game! More Tips! 1.) That grave you saw “Here sleeps the Traitors’ child” that is the grave where you’re supposed to deliver the Delicate Flower to! It’ll be a brutal challenge but it’ll be worth it for the reward. 2.) There’s still the grave in the Fungal Wastes you can check out as well as Mr. Mushroom if you talk to him with the Spore Shroom 3.) Visiting the Dung Defender now would be a good idea because you’ll be learning a little something about him 4.) Speaking of, if you wear the Defender’s Crest and if you want the Grimmchild while talking to the White Lady, it will give you some extra dialogue Lore Tips 1.) The White Lady is the former Queen of Hallownest. As the lore tablet in the Greenpath suggests, she laid claim to some of the Greenpath to make her Gardens. 2.) The White Lady also talked about Hornet (aka the Gendered Child). She tells you that the Pale King (aka her husband) cheated on her to create Hornet with Herrah but apparently she’s ok with it. 3.) The Traitor Lord and the other mantises you encountered in the Queen’s Gardens were once part of the Mantis Tribe in the Fungal Wastes. As the journal entries reveal to you, they decided to embrace the infection to gain more power and with that the mantises along with the former Lord were cast out and they attempt to take over the Queen’s Gardens. Some of the mantises tried to get to the Queen herself but based off the white corpse as well the mantis corpses you saw they all died while fighting. The Traitor Lord also had a daughter but as you already know she is dead. She and the Grey Mourner’s relationship was not accepted among the tribe sadly. Anyway great job and I hope the Colosseum of Fools will bring you joy (or pain idk) good luck!!

-You only missed an arcane egg in the Abyss lifeblood area -Did you notice that the Last Stag's name changed to Old Stag? -You should visit The Grey Mourner and listen to her monologue, find out where you have to deliver the delicate flower and do it! -Check the corpse at The Palace Grounds, you have an awoken dream nail now -White Lady is the Queen of Hallownest (speaking to her while having the grimmchild equipped gives you special dialogue) -Dream people who died think they're still alive (such as Cloth) -Also if you find Cloth will only help you and die in the Traitor Lord fight if you find her in all the locations. Otherwise, after defeating the Traitor Lord, she would appear in Dirthmouth, preparing on a travel to another place. -Go back to Divine and buy the charm from her. Don't forget to do this with all 3 fragile charms, after you got all, equip one and go see Leg Eater. -The Collector is made of void, it wanted to contain some of the creatures such as grubs. He maybe wanted to save them or something, but we don't exactly know. Also it was a failed experiment, that's why it's so weird... -You should just get some easy essence then go see your friend Seer for your final reward! -You should do all 3 trials of the Collosseum of Fools next episode, since it's not that hard and it is very rewarding. Edit: Also there is a hidden thing in the background where you pick up the lifeblood charm, it's a huge creature. Very interesting. Maybe that creature is the source to all lifeblood?

The delicate flowers needs to go to the traitors grave. Just as a tip you can clear out enemies and they wont respawn until you sit at a bench. You can clear out all the enemies then dream gate back, get the flower, and just casually stroll there

Great video :D Fun Fact: Traitor Lord used to be a LOT easier. After the lifeblood update, he gained 2 new attacks which often give people a hard time. But you still did better than I did at first haha. And now for some spoiler-free tips: -You may want to return to the Dung Defenders area and just... have a look around. - You are still missing something in the Fungal Wastes that is rather important (well, sort of). It will require backtracking. - There is a creature you have seen countless times but have yet to kill a one. If you want to finish the Hunters Journal, Greenpath/Queens Garden is a good place to start. - There is one more dreamnail-able thing inside the Ancient Basin. And it is quite a major one.

Also, the room where you found the life blood core, if you looked closely in the background, there was the head or a creature, (barely visible,) named the “ Abyss_Creature” in the games files. Also, just one more thing, once you’ve found every single grub, visit the grubfather, claim your reward, but then rest at a bench, and go back to the grubs. Just saying.

the collector is a construct of void made by the pale king, originally made to contain bugs and keep them safe from the infection, but the infection got in somehow. originally it was normal but it it became obsessed with grubs, and the obsession eventually drove it mad.
