Flew in to Beverly just a few weeks ago in a Cessna. Absolutely fantastic FBO, even for us piston guys they rolled out the red carpet, helped us out with a rental car mixup, and were eager and ready to help us at every turn. Can't wait to go back there, great airport. Really liked seeing this flight and your flight planning going to Wheeling. Loved how you showed your outs and mitigation of "get-there-itis" and seeing how it turned out in reality.

Life in the FL I love the flight planning, the weather considerations, and the ATC interactions. Very well captured and obviously you put a lot of work jn the videos, and the planning itself. Be safe brother.

Really well done, Jon. Very interesting format. I’m learning some great IFR planning tips and a new appreciation for the Eagles! Thanks for sharing. I expect the word will get out very quickly and views will hit the FL. Heard about you on Max Trescot.

Your are living my dream! If you ever need a fill in drummer/pilot. I have a Commander based at N40 and played for Craig Scott Entertainment back in the 80's and studied under Sonny Igoe. All kidding aside I love the video (Love those Meridians too).

Thank you!! Sonny Igoe! I've met his son Tommy many many times and he is a legendary educator himself. Keep watching - lots more where that came from and I will be publishing every other week.

Music industry question: if a show gets rained out, who ends up paying for the transportation, instrument rental, lodging, and on and on?
@lifeinthefl945 жыл бұрын
Part of the contract... the buyer.

Love the videos! Thanks for taking the time to share. Quick question, is there a setting to get the videos widescreen?
@lifeinthefl945 жыл бұрын
Lol - Yes, there is! and I just found it and it is on MY end!! Sorry about that - Ive been shooting all of these in 4:3 and just NOW (today - shooting episode 11) discovered that the cameras were all set wrong. So... you'll have to muscle through a bunch until episode 11 which is when it will get better. Thank for reaching out and Im glad you enjoy them.

Who knew being in an Eagles cover band paid so well! haha. Sweet ride. Great video and a solid use of GA. I made a kinda-similar video in my lowly (compared to the meridian) Tiger to film our friends' band. kzbin.info/www/bejne/m6TGYXp9rqdglbM
