The meringue is a kiss from the foam. I used to think they were hard to make. I dried them for hours while propping up the oven door with a wooden spoon to keep it from closing all the way. But in fact it's so easy to make this delicacy. In this video, I enriched my meringue with fresh honeyberries that I picked in the garden, which not only made them taste wonderful, but also gave their appearance a little understated uniqueness. Honeyberries look like long blueberries and they taste like blueberries :)
What you need:
2 egg whites
125g of sugar
powdered sugar
unflavored pudding powder
lemon juice
berries of your choice (optional)
