Love your vids! Maybe put together a vid of beginner friendly popular Spanish tapas for a party to introduce ppl to them who aren’t familiar with tapas and Spanish wines/beverages..?

Spending the winter in Gran Canaria, and we found hake/merluza filets frozen in ordinary grocery stores. I am looking for more Spanish recipes on how to cook it. They are delicious but we found that they tend to fall apart easily, maybe because they were frozen. Hope you can present some different ways of preparing hake.
