Yeah thanks very much one8teen for this. Movie has BIGTIME memories for me with my own mother I love so much it brings tears thinking back to 1989 and our stuff. It was sad, but I'm also glad, Debbie Reynolds and her daughter Carrie Fisher went together and are again together. For those who didn't know this movie is semi-bio of Carrie's book of life with her mom. Such a great cast, too.

She could've been something like Bonnie Raitt if she were a singer. :D Nice singing with that country blues feeling.

Oh yeah! Took years of therapy to Carrie to finally come to terms with her mother and her estrangement. So glad Oprah got them on her show to reconcile their differences! Loved Carrie for her openess and for sharing -- no more white elephants in her house. No unfinished business either. Just lots of drugs and alcohol which contributed to Carrie's heart attack and once in therapy she was able to deal with her demons.
