Great demo guys, I was very surprised at the tone of the 4 X 12's (I own a Berg NA 610) and I liked it better than the 8 X 10's. It seemed to me to have more definition. Also, thanks for the 5 string demo as well because it gives a clearer picture of what the cabs can really do.

That 4x12 sounds extremely good. 12", seems to be the perfect speaker size to use in a bass cab?

After reading on all the 4x10/1x15 back and forth I decided to try one out to replace my Ampeg 8x10 that I have sworn by since I was 19. I have a sunn 300t that I am eager to hear through this set up!

I think the 412 sounds much better than the 810. I feel like the bigger speakers breath better and actually flutter slightly which gives a nicer sound to my ears. 10's i feel are too tight in their tone. yeah they can go deep but they don't thump in my opinion.

I had the 412 for about a year and it demolishes all. Now I have it in a "modular" setup of two 212s, so the end result is the same. Mesa cabs are just far and away the best things out there. Only thing that comes close is the Berg NV stuff but just don't have the same authority.

12 inch speakers together sound great...1-12 inch speaker not so great...better to go with 210 cab.
