Just finished this hat. I only used one color and it is still adorable. This yarn is soooo soft too! My 8 year old granddaughter is going to love it. Thanks so much for both the video and written pattern. As a newbie, it really helps me to have both options.

Hi tiffany I know the mesh stitch is usually working into the chain 1 space. On the second row of the mesh on this hat are you missing chain 1 spaces and working in top of single crochet from 1st row of mesh stitch. Thank you.

Can you please be more clear where you slip stitch at the end of the rounds? Do you join in the last stitch or the first stitch of the round. I tried a different hat of yours and had the same problem. Can someone answer me?

Slip stitch to the first stitch of the round, then chain and turn.
