MESSAGE FOR THE WORLD SUNDAY SCHOOL DAY (3 NOV. 2024)

A tragic recollection of a non-Christian young boy like me, I have seen children of my age coming out from various classes of Sunday- School. They viewed me and children like me as out-siders. Hence a lack of brotherhood contrary to what is envisaged in Christ's teaching was apparent in such ambiences, which created in my mind a feeling that, those Sunday School children donot belong to me. It seems the voice of Fr. Valson Thampu is a resonance of what I feared missing those days. Yes Father, you are asserting Christs Voice of total harmony of Body, Mind and Spirit promoting Universal (not Parochial) Brotherhood.

So deep and powerful ...this was a rebuke ..I am a retired Sunday school teacher..am. Afraid it's got a great statement.i think a relook is needed.first time I hear u address something for children spiritual growth
