24th comment!!! Orel and Kirk gave me such a natural high in October 1988 that I have never really come back down. If i ever saw Hershiser or Gibby in person at the stadium or anywhere I would have to give them a hug and tell him exactly what how much they meant to me. I watched game 1 1988 Kirk's home run and the rest of the world series with my 97 year-old mom while she's 97 now and she still wasn't so you do the math of how old I was only 28 at the time which I guess puts my mom at 57 years old at the time. This goes for the rest of the Dodger team Tommy and Vinny and everyone. Thanks for not Justa incredible 1988 one for the Guinness Book of World Records but for an incredible career 200 wins 2000 strikeouts incredible 1988 season regular-season incredible playoffs Incredible World Series God bless you Orel Hershiser you remain one of my all-time Heroes both on and off the field

@@davidh.5139 Jackie Robinson is in the MLB HOF, but the Dodgers have not named him as a Dodgers Legend yet. Hershizer is the 7th Dodgers Legend and Jackie needs to be on the list.
