MET GALA 2024 FASHION REVIEW | BEST AND WORST DRESSED CELEBRITIES

Hey Lovies,
It’s my first red carpet fashion review and I hope you all enjoy! Yesterday was MET MONDAY and mama was at work judging, laughing and gasping at the looks that made their way down the Met Gala 2024 green carpet! Overall, the Met Gala fashions weren’t as strong as past years but some people stood out like Tyla, Zendaya, Cardi, Demi Moore and others! Others like Doja Cat, almost all the men and the KarJenner Clan stood out for all the wrong reasons lol.
I thoroughly enjoyed this Met Gala 2024 fashion review and I hope you do too. Let’s delve into the best and worst dressed celebrities this award season.

Based on the theme a lot of people missed the mark. Definitely should have been more color. I loved Nicki's dress. Zendaya's makeup was A1!!! Mindy was my favorite.

Ready for a bit of a shock, Funmi? Darlin’, Harris Reid is a man & does not refer to himself as they/them or she/her. I thought the same thing. He looks beautiful & designed himself a very Bohemian Garden of Time ensemble. BTW, Kendal’s dress was from the fashion house’s old archive & she was the FIRST EVER to wear it. Not that I;m a huge fan or hater of the Kardashian family, but critics gave her props bc the exhibit is all fashion that has never seen the light of day. Thank you for this review - it was such fun. I’d love to hear your thoughts on every Red Carpet from Cannes to the Oscars to Movie Premieres. Wishing you a very special Mother’s Day! 🩵🌹🩷

I'm with you! A lot of the Ballenciaga was a miss! Kim K was trying to wear something that was metallic floral with something older and worn but it was supposed to be something classic and old or fragile. That little gray sweater missed it!

Carbi B was the worst dress. It was just a lump of massive material..nothing close to the theme at all. This look from her surprised me. Tyla dress was everything she was best dress for me so incredibly done.

Lana Delray, Zendaya, Rebecca, Gigi Hadid, Mindy, Colman and Tyka. Mona's dress was gorgeous with the butterflies. Did love the red suit that looked like it was wilting. That was right on theme!
