Yeah, unfortunately, most of ours is poisoned. Leave your "veggies" on the counter for a month & see if it decomposes. Threw my organic tomatoes out after 4 months on the window sill. If it won't degrade on the sill, how can we get nutrients? We're being starved to death to reduce carbon footprints

I agree with Tucker that you and your brother will have an impact on the world. My wife got fired over Covid rules from the hospital as an RN, she’s done with the hospitals as well and transitioned to a functional nutritionist, and is super excited about it. Thanks for all you do!

I’m 65 years old and not on meds. My husband is 69 and not on meds. I read I book when I was 20 years old that educated me on the ingredients in foods that sent me on a lifelong habit of reading labels and being educated about the food that we are offered and eating “whole” food. But she and her brother go much deeper into the nefarious system that is behind our food and that’s a new education! We’ve all suspected this but they have brought the evidence! Yayyyyyy!!!

Folks, you don’t have to put all 17 ingredientes at once. Adjust to suit your need and palate. Either you want to make the changes for ultimate health or you don’t. If you do, take it as a suggestion and incorporate these ingredients into your cupboard or fridge slowly. Make small changes in the right direction, a healthy food eating direction

Hey Mr. Vapor. The salmon is the only ingredient you need in this POWER BOWL. It's the only one with any nutritional value. If optimal health is your goal, start with that, then every few days or weeks, add one ingredient at a time for added flavor or color, starting with salt. Most of us have no idea how great we can feel without all that color added by the marketing department.
@dothraki7596

@@rawmilkmikecarrots, zuchinni = color Not added Salt? N.o.! We get too much salt every day
@VaporIsAllWeAre
@VaporIsAllWeAre 3 ай бұрын
@@dothraki7596 Salt is not the problem. Sodium in processed food used primarily as a preservative is the culprit. Look into sea salt and Himalayan salt, if your budget allows it, consider Celtic Salt. Salt has been blamed unfairly for much of todays modern ailments. I'm in my 50's and my family and I have always added the good salts to all of our cooking. As with all things you choose to put in or on your body, do your due diligence. Blessings

Fabulous recipe! Yes, avocados like to play hide&seek with their ripeness. Better tip for cutting them than within the peel shell: 1. Slice into quarters, 2. Chuck the pit, 3. Peel off the peel off of each quarter, 4. Avo is easy to chop like a sushi chef from there! It's green gold, so NO wasting.

Have improved my health by changing the way I eat which helped loose weight. Cider vinegar and I make my own mixed with grated beetroot and olive oil starts my day with whole meal toast dipped in.I keep the beetroot soaked in cider vinegar in the fridge so it's all easy to access.The main ingredient I try to avoid is sugar although I add a sweet item after a savoury meal and that helps to reduce the glucose spike.Thanks for your video.

As a dietician and advocate for healthy nutrition please do not place your food on aluminum foil, use parchment paper. Also, if you buy cheese do not place it directly in plastic bags or cling wrap - use wax paper or cheese cloth and then cover or place it in the plastic. Also, like the pepper mill you used in your stunning dish, get whole spices and coffee beans and grind. The already ground spices and coffee have been found to contain very harmful compounds like wood, plastics, ect..

Non dyed parchment. I was surprised when doc Casey said tin foil. I worked for the Aluminum company of America for 40 + years. Terrible
