I’m 65 years old and not on meds. My husband is 69 and not on meds. I read I book when I was 20 years old that educated me on the ingredients in foods that sent me on a lifelong habit of reading labels and being educated about the food that we are offered and eating “whole” food. But she and her brother go much deeper into the nefarious system that is behind our food and that’s a new education! We’ve all suspected this but they have brought the evidence! Yayyyyyy!!!

Hey Mr. Vapor. The salmon is the only ingredient you need in this POWER BOWL. It's the only one with any nutritional value. If optimal health is your goal, start with that, then every few days or weeks, add one ingredient at a time for added flavor or color, starting with salt. Most of us have no idea how great we can feel without all that color added by the marketing department.
@dothraki75963 ай бұрын
@@rawmilkmikecarrots, zuchinni = color Not added Salt? N.o.! We get too much salt every day
@VaporIsAllWeAre3 ай бұрын
@@dothraki7596 Salt is not the problem. Sodium in processed food used primarily as a preservative is the culprit. Look into sea salt and Himalayan salt, if your budget allows it, consider Celtic Salt. Salt has been blamed unfairly for much of todays modern ailments. Fabulous recipe! Yes, avocados like to play hide&seek with their ripeness. Better tip for cutting them than within the peel shell: 1. Slice into quarters, 2. Chuck the pit, 3. Peel off the peel off of each quarter, 4. Avo is easy to chop like a sushi chef from there! It's green gold, so NO wasting.

Also, if you buy cheese do not place it directly in plastic bags or cling wrap - use wax paper or cheese cloth and then cover or place it in the plastic. Also, like the pepper mill you used in your stunning dish, get whole spices and coffee beans and grind. The already ground spices and coffee have been found to contain very harmful compounds like wood, plastics, ect..
