Dang! Very nice designer ring. It's amazing how the value can change so dramatically if it just has that little stamp. Awesome half dollar also. Good ol hunt with Dad

Great hunt guys! Talk about 2 sweet silver targets! Wow! That ring is amazing! You made the rosie I found on sunday look wimpy. Haha.
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
JD's Variety Channel LOL I didn't really expect to find much today we just wanted to do a quick hunt while the soil wasn't like concrete. Hey any silver is good buddy when it's this hot and dry out =)
@JDsVarietyChannel9 жыл бұрын
Yep. Just nice to have a break in the humidity and do some swinging. Hard to believe someone never found those signals in a park! You go through that 2nd box of halves yet?
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
JD's Variety Channel True but they don't know my special park hunting strategy =) lol Went through a box of halves today and ZERO silver =( I think I have one more box on order I told the lady to stop ordering them it's too much hard work. If another box comes in you're welcome to it if you want.

Great finds Rusty, congrats on the Walker and beautiful silver/gold ring. It's nice to hit a good target soon after starting a hunt, really keeps you enthusiastic for a while... HH -Greg
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
Hillbilly fromWV Thanks Greg! ya it's weird how you can find good stuff in the first several minutes then hunt for a few hours and find nothing else lol. It usually works out that way or the other way around where you get your good targets at the end of day =)

Great fortune with that shallow Half Dollar , and High dollar rare silver ring Rusty . A lot of people (Me included ) Will ignore the top 4 inches of ground thinking every thing older is deeper . Well Done Man !
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
***** Thanks Dave! Most my halves come from around 1-4" deep surprisingly so I started digging more of the shallow half signals. Been super busy but will have your package shipped out at end of the week =)

Sweet ring! I face the same problems here - we had record breaking downpours here for last month and the lakes are 20-30' over their normal pool. The ground is still like concrete. Might have to blast.Nice walker too!
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
Loco Burro Wow that's a lot of rain! I've chipped stuff out of the frozen ground before but blasting would be a whole new level of detecting insanity lol.

SSArt98 Thanks James! It's a blast to detect with Dad when he's down visiting. We used to go a lot together but now I live in a different state so we gotta make it count when he's down =) Plan on launching the coin ring site officially next week. GL and HH!

Good vid- I have been checking out your channel. If you still have the watch, Timex pieces have the year of production on the bottom of the watch face to the right of the six hour- it is the last two digits of the number you will see.

Very nice ring. Difficult if you have a lot of dry weather the plugs seem to die off We always dig 6 inch plugs to make sure they take. Canny hunt you 2. All the best Davwe

Nice finds. Is it easier to hunt after the rain? Thanks for sharing HH
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
IamNobodysHW It's been so hot and dry here and the ground has been like concrete. Almost imposible to dig really. So after the rain it softens up the ground and we decided to get out and do a little hunting while we could.

Can I ask you what you typically set your CTX sensitivity to? What numbers you typically get on the sensitivity?
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
CommonSenseMeasures I run my sensitivity at manual 27 most of the time. I don't really pay attention to the suggested sens but mainly listen to the audio signals to see if I need to lower or can raise it. But ya 27 has been my sweet spot for many years so I just go with what works most of the time =)
