I went out for a short hunt and was rewarded with two lovely old silvers and a find that made my heart skip a beat.

Hey, the object in min 5, brass handle may be part of a roman pen, to write in clay tablets, usualy they are simpler, but there are more elaborate examples found as well.

the small brass "handle"...I believe it's the threaded finial at the top of some lampshade supports that, when unscrewed, allows the removal of the lampshade....not terribly old.

I love the eagle on the back of the second coin you found (I can't remember how to spell its name sorry Hans). The watch winder is a beauty, I've never seen one like that before and it was lovely that you dedicated it to a subscriber. As for the ring, I can understand you had a heart stopping moment, anyone would and I suspect it was a treasure to a young lady in years gone by. I couldn't make out what the birds were that flew but I liked watching them and the butterflies above the plant, plus of course the wonderful scenery you were in.
