メタルギアについて揉めるようになったのは当時のKONAMI上層部に理由があって、当時から今に至るまでKONAMIにいる開発スタッフたちもある意味「メタルギアを奪われた人たち」なんだよな。 それでいて今回のデルタは他の作品と比較してもファンからの厳しい目が多い「絶対に失敗できない、初めから決められた炎上プロジェクト」な訳だから、むしろこの人たちには前向きな言葉をかけたい。 かつての残務を当時、渦中にいて大変な思いをした人たちが担当している。私は発売を気長に待ってるし、コメント欄で目につく重箱の隅をつつくように目くじら立てるファンばかりでもないから、厳しい意見を目にしても抱え込みすぎないでほしい。

メタルギアライジングは国内ではPS3のみでしか発売されなかった上にそれ以外のバージョンでは英語吹き替えのみであったので、出来れば日本語吹き替えも追加されているバージョンで出して欲しいですね。

半年前くらいにミームで知ってmgrの虜になった。早速買おうと思ったらおま国で、どうにかsteamでも売って欲しいと懇願のお問い合わせを送ったほど。もしかしたらそれも届いてたのかもしれない…？mgrからソリッドの方にも興味をもち始め、完全にメタルギアシリーズのファンになってしまった。俺をmgの沼にはまらせた罪深い作品を遊べるかもしれんのはまじで嬉しい。

スクエニでもかつて袂を分けた坂口さんがファンタジアンで復縁したように、いつの日か小島監督とも監修というかたちでも良いから手を取り合う日が来て欲しい。メタルギア1と2のリメイクが実現して欲しいな。 「Tomorrow is in your hands」というデス・ストランディングのコピーやEDテーマの「Almost nothing」、「Death Stranding.」の歌詞に込められた意味はかつての仲間たちに向けられたものでもあったら嬉しい。

They basically strongly hinted at MGS4 being in vol.2 in interviews earlier this year and it was also in leaks or data mining iirc. It's for sure gonna take a while since MGS4 never got a PC version and that game is still difficult to run on emulation.

i completely understand that vol 2 of the master collection will take more time, but the longer it takes, and the more konami says it will address all the issues, the bigger the risk they're placing on themselves if it turns out they don't address everything. a lot of the issues in vol 1 shouldn't have even happened... so here's hoping vol 2's better. And god i hope mgspw is on there and has its multiplayer!

For me, the biggest news for this Metal Gear Solid Delta, will be the postponement of the DELTA (Remix) mode, which will allow you to customize your game and be able to share it with the public, if this is made official, it will already be worth the purchase.

Glad the team decided to keep the loading screens between areas, thats the way to go with MGS3! People who though a seamless open map was a must dont even know how much it would impact the sandbox gameplay of MGS3. Game journalists are always the least reliable source for good takes on game design anyway lol.

MGS3 area transitions are like 1 second and they ensure every zone is separated from the other, since its gameplay revolves around closed sandbox areas where you can even utilize this separation to create original strategies, like shooting the beehive to chase away the enemy from that area

i think the team should add blowing wind so the trees move with physics and the grass moves better. I wonder if rain runs off trees, branches, and leaves. i am happy you're taking your time making sure this game is the best it can be. really would like to hear more about MGSO and i hope you ensure the quality of the graphics to be as the same as the single player experience.

Thank you for coming to this decision. Please take as much time as you need. MGS4 on current hardware could be a real bad ass game! Metal Gear Fans are used to wait. For now I am pumped for MGS Delta- because 3 is my favorite Game of all time.

I know the game is not finished and some animations still need to be tweaked....but notice how in 05:13 after making a diving roll Snake is barely walking on ankle deep level water and is walking slowly like the water is at his waist or knee level.....I hope this gets fixed....also the way he runs or maybe the speed of his run feels and looks little off. Especially since his arms don't move much while running holding a gun and knife which I think can look awkward. Hope this gets tweaked.

MGSVで時間変化や天候変化、どこからでも潜入出来るような自由度も一気に上がり、何度もプレイしたくなるようなゲームデザインを経験してしまっただけにMGS３の原作と同様にマップぶつ切りでロード挟むのは残念でしかない。原作を忠実に再現するのはムービーシーンだけにしてMGSVくらい自由に潜入出来たら言う事なかった。リメイクでファンの期待を裏切らないのは大切だけど、新しいナンバリングタイトルを見据えているなら開発期間伸ばしてでもオープンワールド自由潜入に挑戦するべきだったと思います。忠実すぎるリメイクはMGS３既プレイだったらやらなくてもいいかもってなる。

小島監督はリメイクするなら、現代の技術で現代に合わせたリメイクをする だから面倒なんだよ って言ってましたね 忠実すぎるくらいにリメイクするのはファンとしては嬉しいんだけど、既プレイの人にとってはグラフィック上がって操作性も良くなっただけのHDリマスターに近い印象になっちゃうんだよね でも忠実にリメイクするなら、無線も全て当時のまま残してくれてるんだと信じてますよ（今じゃコンプラとかオマージュがやり過ぎで引っかかる可能性がある）

I have a question for the next Hotline regarding vol 2. I know development for it will take a bit so I was more curious to know if a few games were already chosen that will definitely be part of the collection for Vol 2.

I like that they are dealing with the hard questions as well. I wish MGS4 and Peace Walker with coop to be in Vol 2. Portable Ops would also be very nice to see in Vol 2.

Happy to see you mentioning the OG team. But even if Mr Kojima didn't directed Delta, it is based on his direction that this game comes to exists. It should still say "A Hideo Kojima Game" considering how hard konami Tried to erased that from existence after the MGSV debacle
