I'm pretty sure they're normal Raiden voicelines. Well, 'normal', I think there are a few unused ones that Spooky uses from the files.

Yes they're unused lines. But they were meant to be used while in ripper mode so they fit "evil" raiden.

I really like how Sam also holds his sword sheath, it doesn't look awkward at all but intentional, as if Sam regularly detaches it. 6:46 holy hell was NOT expecting Bury the Light here. You got the effects of Sam stopping himself when he hits the ceiling down pat. 7:03 "You won't live to regret this", immediately does a 360 no-scope-spin-sword-kick and takes out the rest of his health, lmao perfect

Not quite. Just some animations for grunts but they still match so it looks like he's lip syncing. Yes that's bury the light in game, although custom music is still being figured out because it's very hard.
