Her label keep making her perform this song and everytime she performs at a event this is the song that they want her to sing/rap probably cause it's one of her biggest hits but she performs it different everytime to spice it up

Hi! Just for future references, Doja is a rapper. she sings pop too, but she's, in fact, a rapper.

Whatever she does, it's real and full of her energy. Like it or not, it's hers. And I think this performance kicks ass. (She doesn't have a metal voice at all, but it's ok...)

Finally someone that doesn't stop the song in the middle million times to give a reaction, shows that you're a real professional musician and your reaction is genuine and sincere. I agree with you, it's really nice to see singers from entirely other genres coming to rock/metal. Keep up with your vids. 👍👍👍

I kind of feel the song was written when she was feeling slightly angry/frustrated like "just f*cking say so".. The whole poppy vibe never suited the song like... the hell? Now that I saw this it immediately felt more genuine. Idk just my interpretation of the song.

Gotta give Doja Cat credit, this is very different and shows she is willing to go out of her usual genre. I didn't even know this version existed or that she was the one who performed it. This is cool as hell. Your reaction is spot on, because this was quite a surprise.

Check out Plini - Handmade Cities. The band "borrowed" some sounds towards the end from his song.

@@MattFarkas dope! Plini is a beautiful musician And if it helps, he is one of my favorites right up there with Devin Townsend and Opeth. Top 3 for sure.
