Good reaction. You´re not jumping, Tatiana is at this day the Queen of metal. Pisces is a great song, but this one is "more Jinjer". Check out "Teacher, Teacher", "Outlander" and the live performance of "Who´s Gonna Be The One" to really get the overall feel of the band. And if you want a real heavy and fast banger, "Sit, Stay, Roll Over" will get you there. Keep up the Jinjer train!

I like your reviews - nice insights. As others have said, it's impossible to figure out what they are going to do in the next 15 seconds, much less the next song. The live "Who is gonna be the one?" is great, for something older, "I Speak Astronomy", or any of their songs. Nothing has been a disappointment.

Every song is different, and the band has grown and changed some over the years, but not as in better or worse, just different, so its really fun to go own the Jinjer rabbit hole and see how they have evolved. I kind of noticed as well that she uses different techniques for her growls... she's a master at this. Now I wouldn't go too far as to say she's my favourite metal singer but she clearly deserves more recognition - she is also writing the lyrics for the band I think, I'm not 100% sure but yeah the lyrics are pretty good.

Yo, you've just begun to scratch the Jinjer surface...Teacher! Teacher!, Ape, Pit of Consciousness and many more are all worth checking out. But I would recommend not focusing only on Tatiana's vocals but also how tight the rest of the band is...they are amazing musicians in their own right, namely bassist and drummer.

I think that Pisces, while a good "shock value" intro to Jinjer, doesn't really represent their music as a whole. "Teacher, Teacher", "Judgement and Punishment", "Sit Stay Roll Over", "I Speak Astronomy", these offer a bit more of the norm.

The best part about Pisces is it was meant to be an introduction to Vlad's drumming as it was the first recording with him. But because the first minute is all cleans from Tati it throws people off who are introduced to the band with it.

Pisces is one of those songs that gets the love for reactions because the clean verses and screaming choruses get good reactions. And while it is a cool song with excellent melody, its a very basic song. Once you get past Pisces, you start getting into their better material with more to the songs, especially complexity and that progressive styling.

Tati says about her technique: Don't try this at home 😁 Seriously, she worked on this technique for years and there is no way to do it like her, because you are not she. There are several different approaches but the range from being able to perform like her and destroying your voice forever is pretty narrow. I'm a fan of this band since 2012 and it's getting better and better. I just watched only 2 reactions from you and I like it. I'd love to hear a bit more about the band, because it's not only Tati that makes Jinjer to one of the best bands in this decade. All of them are so good and dedicated in what they are doing and perform. So many little things the "usual" listener don't really hear (like all this ghost/grace notes from the drummer). Fresh live Jinjer is always best. The live session was brilliant and I love it, but it was only live-ish so it didn't have that same magic they bring on stage. Some songs there isn't a really good live video though, like Teacher Teacher which is probably their most popular song at the moment. Who Is Gonna Be The One official live is a Jinjer classic, great song, great performance.
