Yes, Metal Overlord's chaos control is imperfect but even so in Sonic Heroes Metal Overlord's chaos control can stop time for 20 seconds

Metal Sonic's Chaos Control was indeed imperfectly copied. When you fight against him in Sonic Heroes and he use it on you, you'll notice he didn't actually stop time, he just slowed it down a lot. Plus, despite Chaos Control being an ability to stop time, you can reduce its effect duration by rotating the joystick fast.

@Megaman megamix If you want to be technical every version of Super Sonic is different so power level is irrelevant as it depends on the story. Super Sonic never had trouble with any of those beings he was still relatively new to the super transformation he never mastered it. Solaris and above is when he mastered the form, feats are proven the emeralds are indeed powerful enough to content with universal cataclysms and threats with cosmic empowered beings/robots. comics are irrelevant in this matter as no one is talking about them and IDW changed everything so.

@Megaman megamix Metal overlord dealt with 3 Super transformations that was shared with by Sonic in heroes which obviously have to be all equal so that's 3 emerald empowered beings vs Metal overlord which not only was impervious to all the their attacks it took several team blasts to damage and destroy him. Power overall isn't the only way of winning a battle Zero has hardly anything that could affect Metal Overlord except maybe time and his defense peircing attacks which still can fail if we're giving them both access to their full utility belt of techniques / abilities. I guess we both can agree to disagree but i can find feats where Metal overlord is not such an easy boss fight as where he wasn't going for powerful attacks he was wasting their time and couldn't even hurt Super Sonic / Tails or Knuckles, entrapment instantly defeated them. If we theoretically made a serious Metal overlord he'd use everything in his arsenal to destroy or capture Zero which i'd say would be High difficulty considering Zero has a ridiculous assortment of tools, weapons and armor. Here's a questions what's stopping Metal overlord from utilizing Chaos control and Maximum overdrive with an invicible barrier that not even Super Sonics attacks can bypass? Remember this is all theroretical the weaknesses will obviously dissappear if we're realzing how powerful overlord is as he has a pseudo Megaman or [X] copy cat ability it's hard for Zero to easily win as Death battle portrayed or explained.
