Metal Spinning Aluminium - In Under 3 Minutes!

We're showcasing another Metal Spinning project we recently completed at Excell!
We're forming the bases of electrical hubs using 2mm thick Aluminium. We're utilising a technique of conventional Metal Spinning that utilises scissor tools
The benefit of these tools means that the forming process is less labour intensive as opposed to traditional, under-arm spinning tools.

Good to see old methods of spinning still alive - but believe me, I would never trim a spinning that side of the peg. Done it , still got the scars to show for it.

Its surprising that people would do spinning for 20/ 30 years but when it came to using scissors they just could not get the knack of it .
