Yes! That's not to say there are not other great vocalists, because there are. However, as you mentioned, to find so many in one single group or to have such a strong main vocal line with such rich and colorful vocals is not very common. I say this alot, but, the only group I would say also has such amazing vocalists is Mamamoo. Guess that's why Mamamoo and Exo's Killing Voice are my 2 favorite.

When people mention SM Entertainment, the two things everyone says is VOCALS and VISUALS. There's a popular saying that there's something in the water at SM that creates incredible vocalists. LOL Miracles in December is sung by only the three MAIN VOCALS, D.O., Chen and Baekhyun. The two tall guys on each end are technically the MAIN Rappers but everyone in EXO sings. Those 2 have a sub-unit called EXO-SC. Chanyeol on the far left is about 6'2" or so and Sehun on the far right is 6 feet. Because Kai is in the military, Rapper Sehun has been taking most of his parts. Chanyeol looks really tall because most of the members are around 5'8" or so. Main Dancer Kai, who's serving in the military right now, is about 6 feet too. The guy in brown next to that tall dude is D.O., the 3rd Main Vocalist. You said you were surprised his voice came out nowhere during "Call Me Baby." LOL He's got the most AGILE VOICE in k-pop. You didn't get to hear him that much in this medley because this particular medley showcased more on the hype parts of these songs. D.O. is an incredible belter and has the best runs, riffs and adlibs you will hear in k-pop these days. D.O. is known as the one who sings effortlessly and looks like he's not even trying - deadpan expression. LOL More attention goes towards the other 2 Main Vocals, Chen and Baekhyun because they usually sing the higher falsetto parts. When EXO debuted D.O. handled a lot of the high notes. He's the first voice you hear in Mama; the one with those powerful belts and runs. LOL All EXO members sing whether it be harmonizing, adlibbing, etc. The lead Vocalists could probably be Main Vocalists in another group. It's just that EXO has the exceptional "Holy Trinity" when it comes to Vocals. You'll come to find out that every artist in SM Entertainment can sing. SM groups are known for having the best Vocalists in the business, even way back to the 1st Generation of k-pop. SM is very serious about vocal training for all their artists. There are some very successful SM artists (former SM artists too) who couldn't sing at all or were even tone deaf before SM trained them. I think you've already checked out EXO's juniors, NCT. Some other SM artists you've already heard: Shinee, Super Junior, NCT, Red Velvet, Aespa, etc. Oh, interesting fact! Even though "First Snow" came out about 10 years ago, the song ALWAYS trend and enter the charts when the first snow arrives so even EXO's older songs are still relevant. EXO has the top three best vocalists (as per Voice experts analysis) in the industry. Which is rare in a single group. All have very successful solo careers as well as part of subunits. They are the ultimate live performers. With concerts sold out in secs and still rewatched again and again. EXO can sing anything, but not all groups can sing EXO songs. As EXO-Ls we have feasted on every genre of music and they are not afraid to experiment and keep growing. As you have seen with Creme Soda. Despite military enlistment which has been 2019 and continues to 2025 and zero label support they continue to dominate. Very few grps are respected as EXO are.

The one that one head taller than the other, Chanyeol, actually really have so many talents beside singing and rapping. He's good in so many sports, swimming, diving (own certification too), bowling (won 2 championship back to back), snooker and billiard, snowboarding, skateboard, and of course basketball, just like you predict. He's a good three-pointer. If anyone tried to list his abilities, I think it's better to write it down, because it's too many. And about music, beside using his own voice to make music, he can play instruments too. Many instruments. And very good at it. I love this guy so much.

I've been mentioning how EXO members have very different voices from each other, and I LOVE that! I often find groups with voices with similar colors and/or textures with each other, and although there's nothing wrong with that, I love the fact that all the members have very different colors respectively, and yet you can see the finesse in how they all LISTEN to each other and work together seamlessly to blend their voices and compliment each other. Singing together as a group and singing together as individuals are very different, and as a Kpop fan since 2010, I'm very proud to see that this is one of the things they do best as SINGERS.

I first got acquainted with K*pop a year ago... I think the difference between K*pop and other music is in the dance. K*pop is famous for its dances. When I got to know K*pop, I first watched the music video and K*pop dance is attractive to me. And the next step was to look at the meaning of that song and if the meaning and dance of that music was good, I would listen to that music... until I met E*xo. For me, E*xo is music without subtitles, which means I don't need to know the meaning. I don't have their lyrics, I just enjoy listening to their beautiful voice and wonderful music. Whenever I want to see K*pop or listen to it, I listen to other groups' music or watch other groups' music videos. But whenever I want to listen to really good music, I only listen to E*XO. E*XO has everything I like and expect from a very good music. E*XO dances very well and skillfully. E*XO has meaningful and beautiful music. E*XO has the best and most important characteristic of a singer group, which is the ability to sing. E*XO has the 8 best singers in K*orea. The 8 best vocalists in the history of K*pop. 8 vocalists and rappers. That means all the members can rap in addition to vocals. The power of the notes and the magical voice of E*XO members is not in any group. When they start singing, I am with myself. I say, are they really normal people? How can they sing so well and powerfully? It's as if they are extraterrestrial with a voice that comes from heaven. E*XO can perform live music in such a way that you scream with excitement and surprise. They sing so strong and well that recently they protested to them not to perform live music so much and not to show off your good voice. In addition to singing, they are actors. They are also very good. In fact, E*XO are the most talented and best singers, actors, dancers, and models in the K*pop and K*drama industry... I admire many groups besides EXO and I like their music, such as Stray Kids, Ateez, seventeen, TXT, TNX, NCT, Black Pink, TWICE, Girls Generation, BTS, and... but E*XO is an unrepeatable legend in the K*pop music industry.
