This region has so many cool Pokémon, I wish these were all real one day. My favorites have been: The whole Orcandle line. Rubbo. The regional Mimikyu, Bisharp, Magnemite, Vanillite, Yamask, Shuckle, and Falinks lines. Sniperch. The Salmaggro line. Wyrmor. Noseelouette. Noctomorph. The Weevilocity line. The Hauntnuah line. And lastly both legendaries as well (hard to pick a favorite of the two)

Orcandle reminds me of fuecoco and that was made pretty evident in the whole line with the skeleton features and that sick fire/ghost type 🔥💀 Super inspired and creative just like the fuecoco line

Those flowers on the moose starters are called lupins! A common type wild flower in Newfoundland The pawniard and bisharp forms are a great reference to the fact that the first gas mask was invented in Newfoundland. I love all the cool references in these Pokémon.

I have a feeling a lot of newfie trainers will be lured into this video solely because it’s a Newfoundland region. I even shared an idea I had for a Newfadorian Buneary that’s grass type that steals flowers to stuff into its mossy fur. It evolves into Lapinné when holding a Diamond Flower; a grass fairy type capable of plotting and executing complex heists to get what it wants. It’s a pun on lupins, the French word for Rabbit, and the thief Arsene Lupin.

Interesting region. Hard to really encapsulate canada as a whole as it’s such a diverse and giant country you’re bound to miss out on things. Would love to see the legendaries represent the amazing diverse Indigenous cultures that we have all across Canada, a giant Turtle pokemon that represent turtle Island as the main legendary would be very cool. As a Canadian myself, on my team-I'll choose Newfloat (line), Burrmine (line), Kittsowatt (line), Newfador region Meowth (line), Lufteon and Pubble (line) including Hauntnuah. Fennecone line are so cute. I love Fennecone and Rockapoo (because of the picture that you shown in the video is like my dog Pippi). I would love this game to be part of the Pokemon Mainline games. I think the Newfadorian Vanillish line is actually based on maple taffy, which is maple syrup mixed with snow to create a sticky snowcone kind of thing rolled on a popsicle stick. I had it as a kid on a field trip to a sugarbush.

i have an idea for my addition: a grass type Buneary with mossy looking fluff filled with flowers that evolves into Lupinné, a grass/fairy type when holding a Comet Shard. A cunning kleptomaniac compared to the sinnoh variant, this Buneary gathers all sorts of flowers to stuff into its fur even going as far as to steal flowers from peoples' gardens. When it becomes Lupinné, its kleptomaniac behavior becomes more graceful and it’s said to be capable of pulling off complex heists to get what it wants. Lupinné’s name comes from the flower lupin, Arsene Lupin, and the French word for rabbit (lapin).

The Moondogs were a very popular group of pro wrestlers from the 70's, 80's and 90's, they consisted of members King, Rex, Spot, Spike and Cujo, and their whole gimmick was that they were scraggly and wild eyed and carried huge chewed up bones to the ring with them, and they were famous for competing in No Disqualification matches, especially when they wrestled in Memphis, Tennessee. Sadly all the Moondogs (with the exception of a few indy Moondogs I think) have all since passed away, Moondog King got into a car accident in late 2004, he then spent eight months on life support before he sadly passed away, the most likely reason that Prinpow and Kingmondog are based on them is because pro wrestling was and still is very popular in Canada and many really famous wrestlers have come from Canada, including Adam "Edge" Copeland, Christian Cage, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, Abdullah the Butcher, Trish Stratus, Kenny Omega, Josh Alexander, Lance Storm, Gail Kim, Taya Valkyrie, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, as well as the Hart and Vachon wrestling families

While I like most of the designs, I think some of them would be better of as convergent Pokémon rather than regional forms, especially since they already have different evolutions than the original Pokémon: Magnemite could be called Crabnemite (with the evolutions being Crabneton and Crabnezone to keep the naming scheme consistent). Timburr fits as a name, but to make it fully convergent it could be called Logurr.
