@@dipyourcar Very cool results on the silver mix and smokey chrome is spot on as a descriptor. If you're doing metallic madness as a continuing series would you consider making a proper rose gold (a blend of silver, gold and copper)? I think if you use a mix of sterling silver alloy pearls, pure gold alloy pearls, and burnt copper alloy pearls over a base of vintage gold or anthracite gray it'd work a lot better than past attempts where pink was mixed in. Or you could save this attempt for Oct when you do a pink toned car...

I like. From a distance it almost looks like a metallic wrap. Like a brushed chrome that shifts to titanium. This may be my favorite 'silver' of all time.

That has got to be the most expensive silver paint job there is. Seriously, that is like Factory silver. No black. It works best over the black and anthracite bases, but it is hard telling that you didn't silver leaf that entire car and then topcoat it. That is just insane. I like how the various pearls made the overall effect look seriously deep, like looking into bars and bars of metal. That is just wild.

That's gorgeous! I love how it borders on the line of being neutral and standing out. Like at some angles it looks like chrome yet at others it looks like a flat gray. I love the sheen, fantastic job!

That's a pretty cool metallic gray / silver. Interesting how the base color plays a role, although nothing (aside from gray) in the end looked that good. I think darker colors (navy blue, bronze, maroon) may have yielded better results there.

That is awesome over black. For some reason I thought is would've had a stronger effect over the other base colors than what appeared on the video, so the speed shapes were a bit disappointing this time around. If anybody is gonna do this, definitely use either black or anthracite grey as the base coat.

We've been watching your videos for years and after every video I ask my GF if she wants the color in the video on her car. After many years, for the first time, she said absolutely! She LOVES this color. Somehow this NEEDS to be a product. I HATE silver (although I did own a silver Infiniti and a silver Volvo a few years back because I lost my mind) but this is one of my favorite videos ever!

Just bought a project car... an '04 325ci coupe, this is exactly the look I was going for, but I wasn't sure if I would be able to get it in a sprayable version. I was thinking I would have to go a wrapped route. But once again, you guys pull out some magic tricks and make exactly the look I was going for with mine.
