I'm pretty sure mini brands is literally just advertisements you pay to have in your home. It's like the opposite of couponing. You pay the brand for a mini chochki that you display in your space to subtly convince you to consider the product.

Target is known to have agreements with trading card companies (ex: Niantic and Pokémon, etc.) to have slightly higher high-pull rates (aka more expensive items being pulled) than other vendors, so it wouldn't surprise me if they had a similar agreement with other collectable companies (ex: Mini Brands, etc.)

you should review make it mini food by mini verse, you build the mini food and then cure it with resin that can be, for example, you get strawberry waffles, you’ll get resin that is “maple syrup” :)
