RodHammett95 Funny because the guy behind him has a mic and is singing literally the same lines as Kirk. You must not really know what Kirk sounds like when he sings because I can tell you without a doubt, that is not Kirk singing those vocals. Doesn’t even REMOTELY sound like him

@@LambeauLeap8087 I know what Kirk sounds like and I know what AVI VINOCUR sounds like. That's Kirk singing. And I know you don't know, because you said Avi's from Cage the Elephant. Well, he's not. He's from Goodnight Texas. The "back to the front" part sounds exactly like Kirk when he speaks normally. Avi's voice is much cleaner and a little higher.
@LambeauLeap8087

Mint Westwood Well I now know it was Avi after the Howard Stern show. Cage opened up for Metallica for that benefit show and I figured it was one of their members. And while you wanna tell me I’m wrong, I can tell you ALSO don’t know because Avi performed with Metallica for S&M2, Howard Stern, and the acoustic show and he’s literally the one you hear. Not Kirk. Metallica even said on Stern Avi was their backup singer 😂Kirks mic was silenced way more and his cleans don’t even sounds that good, Case closed

Lol not to be sarcastic by any means & I apologise if you take it that way, but Metallica the biggest heavy metal band, & the pioneers of thrash metal, yeah I could hear their acoustic being louder then your electric. They've probably have best on the market, top notch everything for instruments & other equipment. They're the most expensive band on tour, they pay top dollar for everything for the tour. I seen a video of top 10-15 bands that are what they say are a "nightmare" on tour, I guess rental cost for renting the stadium or arena or whatever, I'm sure you know what I mean lol. I believe I also heard or read, that it takes like 50 buses or semi carrying them, their crew, & everything else included on the tour. Metallica really care about each other, & their crew. Sorry for this long ass message, but just getting more in depth with you, which I'm sure you probably already knew all this or at least some. These dudes are straight up geniuses in my opinion, James & his song writing skills are outta this world, but of course thanks to Cliff for teaching James song writing theory, I think that's how they said it.

The "BACK TO THE FRONT" bridge section sounds just like the bridge section to Phanton Lord on their Kill Em' All album. Keep in mind those who hate this version they are being "creative" here. I think of Led Zeppelin hearing this how Metallica and change an awesome song and turn it into an entirely different masterpiece. I applaud this version. What makes this song the most for me is Kirk on a 12 string. Sounds amazing. They need to incorporate a 12 sting in more of their music. Great job guys!
