absolutely nailed it. James’ current voice adapts so well for the Load/Reload era. I’m so happy they pulled this one out

Genuinely I lost all hope that we’d ever see this song on the setlist ever again I haven’t thought of it in years 😭. (We need where the wild things are again 🥺)

It’s nice to see them playing Low Man’s Lyric live..but man…Mama Said would be perfect song for acoustic night.❤

Could be a little emotional for him, who knows. I’m sure they’ve considered it many times

I think the last time he played it live was in 2004 for CMT Outlaws. Sadly, I can't find any footage from that performance. Would love for him to play it again too.

Mama Said has only been played live by Hetfield alone, never by the band Metallica... and only a very, very few times. Am I the only one who wants to hear Poor Twisted Me live? not the acoustic versions they played in the 90's, the studio like version!

Needs to be played more often❤❤❤

Many many times I walked down Tustin Avenue in Orange County listening to this song on my discman in late 98. Today I remember it and it brings tears to my eyes😢 Greetings from Monterrey, Mexico

1998! 26 years since anyone heard this astonishing ballad live! I'd thought it was a forgotten song they'd never get out of that locked dusty chest hidden somewhere in the attic. That really was the surprise of the evening. Hope we'll get to hear it again, this time in a huge stadium, with the big crowd around!

This is honestly one of my favorite Metallica songs. It’s very satisfying to play. And I love this arrangement.

Fade to Black is my favorite Metallica song. This is my number two. It’s very personal to me. I saw them play it during the summer of 1998. I never thought I’d ever hear it again live. It makes me so happy to hear it again.

This is such an underrated song. It’s been 26 years since it was played and I am so incredibly jealous of the people in attendance for that.

As a Metallica song I feel this song was ahead of it's time. But man has it matured well. The change in James' voice between studio and now fits the song so well.

Hetfield gets fat. Rob is so too. The situation of alcohol must be controlled. New tours ought to start again.
