Hahah, thank you! I've been thinking about Patreon at times, but I don't know yet what extra I could offer for my patreons :) We'll see! I've never really liked modern soapbar humbuckers, for low tunings especially I feel like a single coil set will give you cleaner and better results. Maybe check out the Everwave - Ostrov playthrough my buddy Joona made a while back? He's using a five-string Warwick with passive MEC JJs, sounds great to me :)

I love Warwick's tone, but I hate the small body and lack of forearm contour... I sold mine because it was uncomfortable for fingerstyle playing...

Yeah the body contour is weird! I think it lends itself more to being played hanging low or something, it definitely digs into my arm

@@Paajanenae It has no contour at all as far as I know, it's a slab body. Playing standing up, I had zero issues, but I'm a bedroom player so I play sitting down in 99% cases... Spectors are the same for me.

Amazing cover. Are you feeding the Ibanez PD7 Phat-Hed into the Darkglass B7K Ultra V2? or it is a parallel chain?

Thank you! The PD7 is being run into the Way Huge Pork & Pickle, then into the B7K. It's a series chain with the PD7 in Clean mode acting as a toneshaper :)

Sounds great, unlike the PD7, I have it since maybe 18 years, I've never been able to make it sound decent, how did you use in this recording?

Thank you! The secret of the PD7 is to use it as a clean boost before your distortions. Set the mode to Clean, Attack circuit off and both EQ-bands around 11 o'clock and it will turn even the muddiest distortions into clear, clanky beasts 😎

What is the model of your sound monitors? Do you usually mix with headphones or those regular monitors?

Those are the ESI nEar 05! Wouldn't recommend these for anything more than occasional recreational listening, that's what I use them for 😅 I mix on my HD650s
