Better yet: put Orion or Phantom Lord in the place of a suckup song. Aint paying to see em play covers...asif they cant find any other own material to have on setlist. I think this might be the best performance of this song I've ever heard from Metallica! James's singing was so SO good and the new twists he added to the vocal melody were great, and Rob's harmonies were absolutely PERFECT. The playing was TIGHT, the solo and harmonies were CLEAN and the mix was great!

I was there at download that night and met a father and his 13 year old daughter in this crowd. We chatted for ages before the set about all types of music and just life while smoking 🚬 they had such a special relationship I was soooo jealous of and I'm glad me and this little girl got to see our favourite band for the first time together while her dad hadn't seen them in 32 years. Music is truly magical ❤

So proud to say I was there no more than 10 meters from these legends, by far the best set and performance I have seen and i will never forget it! Not a single day goes past where at some point I dont listen to a track from these guys and it blows my mind to think they don't need to do this. @@AlexH8280 done both recently ( was at these shows and London in 2017 ) I felt closer to the band in 360 stage even though I was further back, was literally at the front at download but there's a big gap between the stage and then there's the snake pit so unless they're on the walkway, they aren't close at all. Obviously they were on it a lot. All were great shows, not complaining. I guess if you're further back the stage show is better, you've got all the screens and the view of the pyrotechnics and stuff.

And once again, we're waiting for a DVD and live album at the end of the year. They're in a great shape, they sound phantastic, they're in the best mood since...I don't know... and it's just time for a new DVD. Let’s say they play 30 or more different songs on this tour (because of the two nights/different songs idea) and a couple of tracks that hadn't been added yet. That would make a great double DVD/live album. And yes, I prefer the festival stage like here at Donington instead of that gigantic round one inside the stadiums. But never mind that. Just to see the guys on stage in that grand condition and powerful sublimity is a treat for every metal fan. I know you read the comments, Lars 😊, so please do us that favour and we will be grateful forever. Slainte!

Funny cuz the Garage inc. album is super good. Merciful Fate still gets me going. It would be great to hear Atronomy, Die My Darling, So F-in what also live. Metallica for everrr
