I could only attend this night Sunday the 16th, and when I saw the Friday setlist I was like “aw no I missed most of the good ones”. They came out with that trio to open the night on Sunday and blew me the fuck away. Incredible night, waited years to see them and they didn’t disappoint 💛⚡️

I think metallica is the only band who manage to improve their stage performance better and better over the years. A massive circle in the center, 8 enormous screen poles in every single concert for about 1 year. The circle does not only provide better view for everyone, it allows them to roam around the stage a lot freely and get closer to fans even more than a regular stage. Man, so damn amazing

Meh, the concept is cool, but in reality, half the time the band members are miles apart from each other or you can't see them at all, especially if you're rather close to the stage. I hope they'll go back to more traditional stage designs

I saw them that day in Parken. It was my first ever Metallica concert. I was right in front of Kirk when he played that solo. It was a dream come true to watch my favorite person on the planet right in front of me. It was so magical! I love Metallica so much, and that concert definitely changed me a lot, in a good way. ❤

Wow! I’m 60 years old these guys ages. I remember bing in high school when these guys broke out like they did. It’s amazing how these guy are still rocking, not just up there going thru the motion. They sound great .they play there own instruments. With no backing track. This is Rock and Roll. Im lucking I came up thru the Best years of rock 60s 70s 80s 90s.these kids will never have the bands or the music like that ever again.

He explained it in an interview. I quote, “I’ve always plucked the strings really hard and banged on the guitar very hard when I’ve strummed or played or whatever. And over the years there’s these little lines that are on the side of my hand, and because of the bridge - a lot of it’s sharp angles - and just my style, they would break open and start bleeding. And when one of these lines would break open and start bleeding, if a guitar string got into that cut it was like the worst paper cut in the world. And so I started taping my hand just to prevent those cuts from happening. So I switched to transparent tape but it still attracts a lot of attention. Damn! But you know, sometimes I’ll jokingly say, ‘Oh, that’s my secret to all my technique.’” So now you know, cheers!
