Whiplash is a relatively common injury that occurs to a person's neck following a sudden acceleration-deceleration force that causes unrestrained, rapid forward and backward movement of the head and neck, most commonly from motor vehicle accidents. The term "whiplash" was first used in 1928. The term "railway spine" was used to describe a similar condition that was common in persons involved in train accidents prior to 1928. The term "whiplash injury" describes damage to both the bone structures and soft tissues, while "whiplash associated disorders" describes a more severe and chronic condition.

Take it easy with the repetitive headbanging, don't do stage dives and try not to get in motorcycle and car crashes. Protect your spines and bones, I started having trouble before I was 20 and I'm in constant pain now. Not to be a drag, just sayin'.

Growing up in the Modesto California area and graduating high school during the early 80's I remember listening to a cassette made at home by a friend and I loved it instantly! I loved it so much I finally got a copy for myself, I remember playing it in my Ford Pinto (of course) so much until it was finally stolen and even today I can still feel the pain from it being taken from me! Great memories all...

@shayneoneill15065 жыл бұрын
He's got no fold back speakers. Its *very* hard to sing in key if you can't hear yourself, unless your super experienced and at this point they where still pretty inexperienced.. Your brain just doesnt know what pitch your voice is at, and his ears are getting bashed in by the band playing at a zillion decibels.If you put an in-ear monitor or a set of fold back speakers in front of him, he'd be nailing it.

I used to think as you do but I have found that often the sound system is the blame, too. If he is not loud enough and over hammers it is not as fluid. KorsAir1987

Seriously one of the most epic bass solos I've ever heard. And what are the cameramen focusing on: James and Kirk playing the same chords repeatedly. Sadly this was a time when the singer and/or guitarist were usually the main focus of the band. Happy Birthday Cliff!!!
