Personally I really like the Sharkoon Rebel C70M RGB, looks like the Fractal North but you can mount a 360mm AIO on the side but it's not dual chambered ect ect

the hyte y60 can "fit" a 4090 but good luck keeping it cool when the fans are less than 5mm from the glass. you could angle mount it but at that point you may as well get a case with horizontal gpu slots

So in my country we have goldflowG (the g is for gamin cuz yes they make normal and school pcs )the to our country cuz its small brand (cuz its only in certain gaming store cuz its the gaming stores brand)the cases like the airflow2.1aOK its a fish tank case and it has almost all features that a dual chamber case has
