The original Kars from part 2 who has gone through 36 other universes and was on Mars wants to help Jojo fight part 1 Dio. So in order to fight Dio, Kars creates multiple stands of his own including Made in Heaven Ultimate Requiem. He can also fully understand foreign concepts in a relatively short amount of time and survive multiple universal level attacks because he has true immortality. This is the most fan fiction shit I have ever heard.

It's also corroborated by the fact that Calamity energy is infinite and relative, and in JoJo infinite energy can only be achieved under certain circumstances (like the Holy Corpse for Love Train, or the Golden Rotation for Tusk Act 4) which isn't the case with Tooru
