Had never seen someone praises his spouse like this. I had a assumption that all cine stars will be lazy adn not at all commited to their health but now i get to know the older generation people are this much committed to their routine and health. Kudos to both dhanya varma and devika mam. I always loved watching happiness project and dhanya is one of my favorite interviewer. But this particular episode is indeed a special one. Teacher I really admire ur opininons on matters of social relevance. You have a genuine and clear way of expressing your thoughts. And one thing i am surprised is that when you were answering you didn't took a second to think what to say and you spoke from your heart. At the end thats what matters.... Enjoyed a lot...

MD nearly looks the finished article when it comes to the "complete women" in her clean takes n understanding of what it takes to be one in the modern day context and connotations. The ability to express freely n boldly on all matters being inherent in true love ( and self sufficiency) and who we are outside is a candid reflection of what we are at home is a critical highlight . So also feminism essentially being an outcome of non inclusiveness of women in human rights causes couldnt be more incisively true ?! And her take on happiness - tht it being of service to others, and making others happy by sacrificing your own comfort zones, is what ultimate altruism is all about. To cap it all was the subtle but crucial correction of what detached (which bears negativity) vs unattached ( that gives the openness) is one surely for the books ! Salute MD..its been a treat !

@SANE ONE There is a bit of a problem with drawing this kind of a distinction between the meanings of the 2 words "detached" and unattached". Though being detached carries a _subjective_ negativity from an _emotional_ perspective, it bears some positivity, as well: it indicates objectivity and the absence of prejudice and preconceived notions. And Dr. Devika cannot claim to be "unattached", either, given that she is in a serious romantic relationship!
