The Mojave is an absolute beast I’ve thrashed mine for two years , nothing but bumper mounts , a couple out drives and bearings .

Great video, i suggest you to protect the chassis and Underneath the car in general using transparent film and tape over it. In this way you 'll Save from gravel and stones

I put them same tires on my Mojave 2 weeks ago and my Kraton 8S. I like them on the mojave, let's you slide around just enough. only thing I don't like is they came vented through the plastic wheel. I ended up putting 4 holes in each one of my new tires and sealing the wheel holes.

The other thing I've noticed that's a positive is that I'm not blowing diffs on my 8s Mojave each time i run it. The tires give just a bit less traction under hard acceleration but still plenty of traction for wheelies if I want and controlled driving.

Basically that last throttle blip as you hit the ground. That's what popped the teeth

What Castle 1650kv motor are you running? I put the 1520 1650kv in mine and I'm running at 25T pinion. It's stupid on 8s and I typically run 6s. Even still I go through diffs like exe wives. 😂

1717. Running mild with a 20t for now.

Can you tell me how you keep castle fans blades from ejecting in those MMX8s, thanks, upvoted!!!

It’s hard to tell but they seem like they are light weight ? The proline mx tires that are belted seem really heavy to me. I’m looking for something for the Sledge when I wear the stock tires out. Oh and by the way your son is really good with the camera very good job.

Jason, I have had trouble finding the tire size for the Losi Super Baja Rey 2.0, do you think the tires for the Mojave made by Method would fit it?

I like how you set up the EXB! I have seen these tires around and they look nice. What do you like better, these or the jetko tires?
@JasonPerrinRCVlogs2 жыл бұрын
Hard to tell. I will be doing a comparison soon. I do have the 1/8 MT size from both companies.

how are they on speed runs? i need to swap my backflips soon and still debating to go with these or prolines street fighters for my outcast exb.
@reconrc17872 жыл бұрын
They actually work really well for speed runs. The only thing I didn't like about them is they are vented on the inside. They do have a perfect balance of traction and responsiveness without feeling mushy at high speeds and in the turns.
@jvallido2 жыл бұрын
@@reconrc1787 thanks! Can't you just tape over the vent?
@reconrc17872 жыл бұрын
@@jvallido Yes you can. I just filled the holes with a little epoxy and put 4 new holes in my tires. It's working well but I much prefer this to be done by the manufacturer.

I don’t mind the sledge but at like $1100 Canadian dollars it’s over priced, we all know the traxxas esc and motor won’t last long , couple that with the chassis issue etc exb kraton still my choice.
@keeponrcnbrianmiles42072 жыл бұрын
U should put some tape over that instead of blaming Traxxas. Ur running on gravel lot what do u expect. Lol so do u like the tires
