Nobody said anything by grains I said grounds grounds and clean the drains I'm 83 years young and I lived in Detroit all my life up until 11 years ago and we never had that problem we get out there and clean the drains but so many people is moving out the city that there's no one left in certain neighborhoods to clean the drains in front of the houses and stuff so they back up but if you see that just take it upon yourself and get out there and clean those drains you can take your kids with you get the debris off the drains uncover the drains is debris leaves paper and everything else take your big old plastic garbage bag with you be a good access to your neighborhood to what's Left of your neighborhood.
